I truly hope all of you are remaining healthy, happy, and getting 2025 lined up to your liking. It is time to start thinking about the 2025 reunion and putting it on your calendar. This year’s reunion starts the count down putting us closer and closer to our organization celebrating 100 years in existance. This year will be the 95th year. This is history in the making, folks. Really exciting! It is not too early to make your room reservation for this year’s reunion. We are ready for you ! Lets get going.

Note: There are plenty of standard rooms available at our group rate of $165.00. The Marriott and I worked out a process to let everyone book regular rooms via the link provided. Should any of you want a suite upgrade then I would request that the members reach out to me via email or phone to let me know. Jami, our coordinator and I will set-up the reservation. This allows us better control over who gets those suites and makes it a little easier for the Marriott to keep up with it. If more suites are needed in our block Jami is prepared and will do her best to get more. Also, remember this year’s contract covers for group rate extension through Sunday night for those who want to check out on Monday rather than Sunday.
Those of you who book online with the link, you will notice a a resort fee posted on the Marriott site of $30/night. No need to worry about that because our contract rate for the resort fee is $10/night. This is added to your bill at check out.
